Priority of Service means the right of veterans and eligible spouses to take precedence over a non-covered person in obtaining all employment and training services.
A variety of employment, job training and related services are available to veterans. These are the same services that are available to all customers including veterans, except that veterans are given priority of service. Veterans can search for jobs, receive priority service at Tri-Parish Works and Louisiana Workforce Commission offices and access information on transition assistance and benefits.
